MKM Capital, a non-conforming mortgage lender wanted to refresh and reinforce its brand in a turbulent and critical market. Central to the redesign was a simple communication theme aimed at highlighting the benefits of the company to each of its stakeholders. A play on the sound of ‘MKM’, marketing messages all start with the word ‘make’, forcing all communications to think about the benefit to the consumer, as well as providing a consistent tone of voice.
